This program was created by P3’s doctors of physical therapy who have built their successful practice in recovery / injury prevention with athletes and active individuals. I've been dealing with a nagging shoulder pain for over a year before I finally decided enough was enough. I found P3 via Google and after reading more about their rehab philosophy, I gave them a call. As a competitive powerlifter, part of why I waited so long to do something about my shoulder was that I was scared a doctor would tell me I had to stop lifting. So, I was thrilled when I talked to Dr. Junak and he explained that they want patients to be able to train through rehab. During my first call with him, he answered all of my questions and told me just what to expect with my first session.

For my PT sessions, I worked with Cody Billings. After my first consult with Cody, I immediately felt relief in the more persistent spot that I was dealing with. He explained what was going on with my shoulder pain, walked me through their pricing/payment model, and answered all of my questions. Each session after that was better than the last. I just completed my final session and I feel great! Cody was incredible to work with and I felt informed about what we were doing and why. I can't recommend P3 enough, especially for those actively in sports.
