At P3, it is our belief that your body has its own natural healing abilities. Our therapies are used in conjunction with your body’s ability to heal itself. This will help optimize your results. We use several approaches that are evidence-based and individualized to your needs.

  • Corrective Exercise – This technique uses positions and movement to isolate weak areas of the body. Corrective exercise strengthens the weak areas in the muscles and joints that are causing the pain. This method is particularly good for easing the pain of back pain, headaches, and other conditions.
  • Cupping Therapy – Cupping therapy is basically the attaching of cups to specific areas of the body to create a vacuum effect to increase blood flow to those areas. This increased blood flow helps decrease muscle tension. Cupping is useful for rotator cuff pain, knee pain, and sciatica.
  • Dry Needling – Dry Needling is the technique that uses thin needles to target knots in the muscle that are causing pain. Needling, in conjunction with other techniques, can be used successfully to reduce muscle tightness and increase joint mobility. There can be an alleviation of symptoms in jaw pain, groin pain, and disc herniation.
  • Joint Manipulation – Joint Manipulation is the use of specific movements to help with the healing of painful muscles and joints. This technique is often combined with other methods of treatment to treat painful areas in the neck, shoulder, elbow, and hip.

Andrew was amazing at listening to what was going on with my body, and addressing all of my concerns. My injury was not only healed, but the root issues that lead up to the injury. It is amazing the difference a full hour of PT makes in a therapy plan, having that time with a PT who really wants to figure out what the problem is and correct it is worth every minute and cent.

I am a middle aged woman who wanted to get in shape and lose weight. I started CrossFit training. I was limited to what I could do partly because of all the pain I have experienced for years with my back, knees, and hips. Two separate trainers told me to go see Dr Andrew. I was skeptical because I have been to see many different doctors, physical therapists, etc but I made the appointment. I'm so thankful and glad I did. Dr Drew is amazing!! I've never had anyone actually help me. I honestly didn't think it could be done because of all the years I had suffered with the pain. I couldn't walk up and down stairs without being in pain! I had to wear knee braces every day. Now, I have no more pain!! NO MORE PAIN! And, bonus, he's super nice, very thorough, knows what he's doing (amazing!). I highly recommend Dr Drew if you are serious about feeling better.

I would recommend anyone to see Drew. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as personable. I’ve considered myself to be an athlete my entire life and I knew I had deficiencies in certain areas, but I needed to see someone like Drew to know how to actually fix my issues. He got me back to 100% health. Thanks Drew!
